People at Mileage Spot are very serious : they sent me the quotation on saturday, scheduled a zoom call on monday morning, paid me for my flyingblue miles by monday afternoon. No friction you need to give them access to the email tied to your AirFrance account (so they can receive the Pin code) but you can create a new email address from scratch and change it on your AirFrance account settings during the zoom call you need to show your ID (which is totally normal). during the zoom call they explain to you all the procedure smooth and very reliable five stars !
